Laughter Yoga

is a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher who has trained with Dr. Madan Kataria of Mumbai, India. Dr. Kataria is the founder of the international Laughter Yoga movement, which now has over 6,000 Laughter Yoga Clubs in 60 countries! Laughter Yoga Clubs are now a international and growing phenomenon!

Spiritual Direction

In Patrick's private practice as a Spiritual Director, he assists in faith development that helps one to move from a soul crisis to soul awareness. A Spiritual Director is a soul caregiver who provides a sanctuary for the Directee.

Diversity Training

In 2003, Patrick was trained in the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) model, as a "Qualified Administrator and Interpreter" by the Intercultural Communications Institute, in Portland, OR. He has added his own unique approach to Diversity Training based on his extensive international experiences, having traveled to or worked in 44 countries, on six of seven continents!
